Enhancing executive functions can be tough, especially when you’re already overwhelmed. Working with a coach takes that extra stress and pressure off. Since executive function skills develop through practice, we’ll meet regularly to develop strategies and tools to enhance your executive functioning skills. When we meet, we will focus on what’s happening in your life right now and develop specific plans to support that. We will: Evaluate your progress and establish new goals Discuss strategies and techniques to be able to achieve those goals Create an action plan to achieve those goals Agree on where you want to be the next time we meet
