Carolyn Haydon is an experienced educator with over 25 years of service in public schools. Throughout her career, Carolyn has demonstrated a deep commitment to working with children of diverse learning needs, focusing on those with social, emotional, and academic challenges. Carolyn has served in various roles, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, and central office administrator. Her experience spans all grade levels and includes overseeing special education teams. She has played a significant role in several key areas, such as Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Her approach is rooted in collaboration and data-driven decision-making. Carolyn strongly believes in the power of a team approach and emphasizes the importance of using data to understand the underlying causes of academic or behavioral challenges, then developing targeted, child-centered plans for intervention. Weekly/Bi-monthly Parent Coaching Sessions Parent/Caregiver will meet with the consultant to receive coaching support in any of the following areas: 1. School Support 2. Behavioral Coaching Support 3. Pinpointing specific proactive strategies and/or supports to implement and support positive behavior improvements
